1. What vehicles can I rent?
We offer both tuk-tuks and scooters for self-drive rentals across Sri Lanka.
2. Do I need a special license to rent a tuk-tuk or scooter?
You must hold a valid motorcycle or equivalent driving license recognized in Sri Lanka. Tourist International Driving Permits are also accepted.
3. Is insurance included in the rental fee?
Yes, full insurance (VIP) for you and the scooter.
4. How do I book my tuk-tuk or scooter rental?
Simply select your vehicle type, rental dates and any add-ons on our online booking form. You’ll receive instant confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
5. Do you deliver tuk tuk / scooter to my hotel or airport?
Yes—we offer complimentary delivery and pickup anywhere in Sri Lanka, including airports, hotels, and private residences.
6. Can I extend my rental while I’m on the road?
Absolutely. Just send us a WhatsApp message or call our 24/7 support line and we can adjust your booking on the fly.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 20% fee of the total rental cost.
8. What happens in case of a breakdown?
Our 24/7 roadside assistance is just a call away. We’ll dispatch a replacement vehicle or provide on-spot repairs at no extra cost.
